This page describes how information is used when you visit The Second Paycheck website, contact us, use linked services, or submit a form.
Information you provide
Depending on the form or service you choose, you may provide your name, email, contact details, resume, career history, application answers, or order information. We use this information to respond, provide requested resources and services, manage applications, and support orders.
Forms and service providers
Our embedded forms use Tally. Submissions may pass through Zapier to our Microsoft 365 records or SuiteDash client portal to support the service you requested. Hosting providers, including Netlify, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the website.
Payments
Square handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. We may receive order and payment-status details for fulfillment and support. Do not send full card details by email or through our intake forms.
Linked tools and community
The resume scanner, resource hosting, client portal, and Facebook community are separate services. Their own notices and settings apply when you use them. Please review the information shown by each service before sharing sensitive information.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to provide requested services, maintain necessary business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or stop optional communications, email hello@the2ndpaycheck.com. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.
